Alan D. Schnobrich

 Alan D. Schnobrich, 63, lifelong resident of Mattydale, passed away Friday, April 26, 2024. 

Alan was a 1978 graduate of North Syracuse High School and the son of the late Leo and Esther (VanDeusen) Schnobrich. 

Alan retired from Midstate Industrial & Contracting Supply in Syracuse after working there for more than 40 years. He loved working on cars, cooking, snowmobiling, boating, and camping. Alan was a NASCAR fan that loved to spend time with his family and friends. He was always there for his children whenever they needed him and available when anyone needed a helping hand. 

Alan was predeceased by his brother, Mark Schnobrich, in 2020. 

He is survived by his three children: Jennifer Schnobrich of Mattydale, Patrick (Melinda) Schnobrich of Brewerton, and Max Schnobrich of Baldwinsville; two grandsons, Connor and Colin; a brother, Jeff (Judy) Schnobrich of North Syracuse; two sisters, Monica (Jim) Mathis and Sharon Ryan, all of Liverpool; and several nieces and nephews. 

Friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 -7:00 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, Mattydale, with a 7:00 pm Service following.
