David Buckley II

July 12, 1985 — March 21, 2010

David P. Buckley, II, 24, lifelong resident of North Syracuse died unexpectedly Sunday. David attended North Syracuse Central Schools and was employed by Rite Aid in Liverpool as a warehouse worker for the past two years. Prior to that, he was a hazardous materials handler for Paragon Environmental Construction in Brewerton. David loved to fish, listening to music and was a collector of wolf and dragon figurines. He was a communicant of St. Thomas and Trinity Episcopalian Church.
David was predeceased by his grandparents, Dick and Phyllis Buckley and Edward Jammen.
Surviving are his mother: Mae E. Jammen Buckley of North Syracuse; his father: David P. Debra Buckley of West Monroe; one sister: Erin J. Denis of North Syracuse; two step-sisters: Tammy Dempsey of Cicero and Cynthia Hiller of Pennellville; his two grandmothers: Sadie Jammen of North Syracuse, and Maryann Bridenbaker of Mattydale; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call Thursday from 4-7 pm at Krueger Funeral Home Inc., 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. Services are Friday, 10:30 am at the funeral home. Burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery at a later date. Contributions may be made to the Gregory and Harley Rae Fund c/o Solvay Bank, 628 S. Main St., North Syracuse NY 13212.
