William "Buffalo Bill" Carr, 70, of Syracuse, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 with his
loving family by his side. Born in Buffalo, Bill resided in the Syracuse area for most of his life.
He worked in construction and specialized in drywall finishing. Bill was known for his artistic
talent of swirled and textured ceilings. He was an avid fisherman and especially enjoyed teaching his grandchildren to fish at Fair Haven. Bill was a strong supporter of the NYS Lottery and enjoyed bonfires with his friends including his good friend, Harland.
Bill was predeceased by his brother, Bob, in 2005. He will be missed by his loving family and
his many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday from 2-4 pm at the John Vendetti Post, 500 Danforth
St., Syracuse.
