Douglas K. Abbey

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Douglas K. Abbey, 55, of Verona, PA and formerly of Syracuse. He passed away suddenly on October 10th, 2024. 

Douglas was predeceased by his “pop”, Jim Maloney, and his grandparents, Kenneth and Edna Abbey. 

He is survived by his wife, Michelle Abbey; mother, Cheryl Maloney; a sister, Donalea Maloney; aunt, Rachele Scarlett; niece, Jordyn Maloney; and two stepchildren, Kirstie and Rachel who will cherish his memory as well as numerous cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Syracuse. 

Rest in peace, Douglas. You will forever be in our hearts. Your memory will live on.
