Elizabeth Hotaling

Elizabeth (Herrick) Hotaling, 95, of North Syracuse, passed away Monday, July 27, 2026, at Menorah Park in Dewitt. Liz was born to the late Gilford and Barbara Herrick.

Liz was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Gordon "Gord" Hotaling, in 2007, a sister, Geri (Andy) Smith, her brother, Gilford Herrick,  a sister-in-law, Thelma Chrzanowski and a brother-in-law, Allen Eidt.

She is survived by her two sons: Gary W. (Pamela Thompson) Hotaling of Bethlehem, PA and Glenn R. (Lori) Hotaling of Elbridge; a daughter: Mary (Matt Laskowski) Hotaling of Syracuse; a sister, Barbara Eidt of Baldwinsville; her three grandchildren: Emily, Jeffrey, and Matthew;  three great grandchildren: Adelyn and Elowyn Hotaling and Hannah Brewer; and by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Liz's memory may be made to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave., Syracuse, NY 13208 or to a charity of your choice.

All Services will be private and at the family’s convenience.
