Fred C. Morrison

Fred C. Morrison, 61, of Mattydale, passed away after a courageous fight with cancer on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, with his family by his side.

Fred was an audio enthusiast. He collected high-end audio equipment and had a keen ear for quality sound. A lifelong auto mechanic, Fred was always willing to lend a hand in projects or repairs for friends, family, and neighbors. Fred will be remembered for his authenticity and the many friendships he built because of it.

He was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Joyce Morrison, and by a nephew, Jason Morrison.

Fred leaves behind his loving partner in life of 39 years, Paula Case; their children, Samantha (Travis) Morrison-Wingate of Cherry Valley and Fred (Sabrina) Morrison Jr of Camillus; three grandchildren: Mila, Frankie and Charlie; his siblings: Debbie Morrison of North Syracuse, Brenda (Bruce) Hovis of Tidioute, PA, and Robert Morrison III of Syracuse; and many nieces and nephews.
