Robert T. Holland Jr.

Robert T. Holland, Jr., 67, lifetime resident of North Syracuse, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Bob attended Christian Brothers Academy before graduating from Liverpool High School in the Class of 1970. He then attended Onondaga Community College.
Bob was an active volunteer at the Onondaga County Public Library in downtown Syracuse and with the Red Cross at Brighton Towers. He enjoyed reading, music and fitness. Bob was a parishioner of St. Margaret’s Church in Mattydale.
He was predeceased by his father, Robert “Dutch” Holland in 2008.
Bob is survived by his mother, the former Elaine (Stiles) with whom he resided; a brother, Michael (Lorraine) Holland of Hollywood, FL; a sister, Mary (Mark) Greenseich of Cicero; his special nieces and nephews: Kevin, Laura, Erica, Kelsey, Sean, Maura, Mallory, Christopher, Connor and Colin; and four great nephews: Liam, Logan, Elliot, and Camden.
A Mass will be held on Friday, 11:00 am, at St. Margaret’s Church, 203 Roxboro Rd., Mattydale. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse.
