Joyce L. Hanley

Joyce L. Hanley, 78, of Rome, passed away Friday, April 7^th, 2023, at Rome Memorial Hospital. A native of the West side of Syracuse, Joyce grew up in the Lake View Ave area. She resided in Rome for many years.

She was predeceased by her parents, Francis and Helena Hanley and by a sister, Carol Johns.

Surviving are her nine siblings: Frances Pflug, William Hanley, Kathy Krasnewich, Ann Dashnaw, James Billington, Douglas Billington, Dennis Billington, Candace Taylor, and Ronald Billington; and many nieces and nephews.

Services were held privately at the convenience of the family.
