Margaret Anne Izzo

Margaret “Peggy” Anne Izzo, 70, passed away peacefully at home on January 3, 2026.

Surviving are her husband of 32 years Joseph Izzo; her children: Jennifer Tedesco, Tyler (Alanna) Izzo, and Ryan (Amy) Izzo; six grandchildren: Natalya (Alex) Donnelly, Vincent (Lindsey) Tedesco, Andrew Tedesco, Nico Izzo, Emerson Izzo, Owen Izzo, and one soon to be great-granddaughter due January 2026; two sisters: Doreen (Mike) Maher and Susan Kennedy-Exner. She is also survived with many more nieces, nephews and loved ones.

Margaret was pre-deceased by her son, Christopher Izzo in 2025, parents, Wilbert and Catherine Kennedy and her in-laws, Pepe and Maryann Izzo.

Peggy loved hosting family and friends for holidays. She brought joy to the season. You could find her bowling, golfing or playing a game of Farkle. Our entire family would like to thank Strong Memorial Hospital, Hope Lodge, St. Joseph’s Hospital, and Hospice of Central New York. Much love and many blessings to all family, friends, and medical professionals.

In lieu of flowers make donations to the American Cancer Society, Golisano Hope Lodge, 1120 S. Goodman St., Rochester, NY 14620 in Peggy’s memory.

Friends may call on Friday, January 9th, from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale, with Funeral Services following at 6:00pm.
