Patricia May LaMontagne

Patricia May (Shuster) LaMontagne, 84, of Camillus Pointe in Camillus, passed away at Syracuse Home in Baldwinsville with her family by her side. Born November 21, 1941, to the late Anton and Cora (Farley) Shuster, Pat grew up in Mattydale and was a 1959 graduate of North Syracuse High School. She has resided in North Syracuse, Auburn, the Town of Springport in Cayuga County, and Camillus Pointe.

Pat worked as a secretary at Crouse Hinds in Syracuse, the American Red Cross in Auburn and Attorney John Doyle in Auburn. She was an avid reader who also enjoyed camping and watching the NY Yankees. Pat attended the former Calvary E.U.B. Church in Mattydale and First Methodist Church of Auburn. Her family has always been her priority and meant the world to her.

Pat is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert M. LaMontagne; sons: Michael R. LaMontagne of Auburn and Christopher A. LaMontagne of Baldwinsville; daughters: Lisa M. (Thomas) Shoen of Seneca Knolls, and Danielle (Nicola) Lamanna of Camillus; her sisters: Sandra McAllister of East Syracuse and Toni Hanley of Liverpool; grandchildren: Therese, Jenna, Gabrielle, Erin, Quinn and Hannah LaMontagne, Aimee, Morgan, Stephanie and Ryan LaMontagne, Cameron, Wyatt, Savannah and Brooke Shoen, and Marisa, Anthony, Nicolas and Elaina Lamanna; great grandchildren: Sylvester “Billy”, Makenna, Rylee, Sage and Lana; and her nieces: Tracey, Ella and Claudia Amato.

Friends may call on Thursday, April 23, from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale with a Funeral Service following at 6:00 pm. Private burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery at a later date.
