Susan J. "Suzie" Peters

Susan “Suzie” J. Peters, 78, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Loretto Skilled Nursing in Syracuse. The daughter of the late Amfalaky and Helen (King) Peters, Suzie grew up in East Syracuse and was a a 1961 graduate of East Syracuse High School. She resided most of her adult life in the Syracuse area.
Suzie worked for several years at BlueCross BlueShield Medicare in Syracuse as a secretary. She loved knitting and crocheting, adult coloring books and listening to audio books. Suzie was a devout Catholic.
Surviving are 2 sons: Collin Hall of Mattydale and Aaron Hall of Spokane, Washington; 2 siblings: Ann Knight of North Syracuse and Thomas Peters of Ohio; her 4 grandchildren: Piper, Octavia, Alexandria and Mason Hall; and by several nieces and nephews including Sheila Hall and Sheree Rieber.
Services are private and at the family’s convenience.
