Helen R. Razey (Haas)

Helen R. (Haas) Razey, 92, longtime resident of Beley Ave in Mattydale, passed away Wednesday, April 22, at Elderwood at Liverpool. Helen was a native of Fulton and was the daughter of the late Anton and Josephine (DeGraff) Haas.

She graduated from Central High School in Syracuse and retired in 1985 after 14 years as a clerk at K-Mart in Mattydale. Helen was a communicant of St. Margaret's Church.

She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Robert, in 2011, and by their daughter, Gail Razey, in 2010.

Surviving are three sons: Thomas and Michael Razey, both of Pennellville and David Razey of Lawrenceville, GA; a sister: Suzanne Yasko of Fairborne, OH; and six grandchildren.

Friends may call on Thursday, April 30, from 4-7 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. A Prayer Service will be held on Friday, May 1, 9:30 am at the funeral home with a 10 am Mass of Christian Burial following at St. Margaret's Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt.
