John A. Reed Jr.

John A. Reed, Jr., 26, lifelong resident of Mattydale, passed away Saturday, March 20. John attended North Syracuse Central Schools and was a jack of all trades. He was very capable with computer repair and helped others with various projects, transportation to appointments, and buying/selling items online. John was focused on caregiving and raising his son.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Lucille Miller and Walter Neilon.

John is survived by his son, Jayce Reed; his parents, Kim and John Reed, Sr.; two siblings, Rodney Leggett of Mattydale and Valerie (Vince) Kelley of Liverpool; paternal grandparents, Sandy Fish and Bill Reed; his companion, Ally Burgos; and by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 5:00 -7:00 PM at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale, with a Remembrance following at 7:00 PM.
