Carol Reimer

Carol "Maryam" L. Reimer, 57 of Angwin, Ca, died Tuesday, December 12, 2017. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Carol grew up in Williamsville, NY, where she graduated from Williamsville North High School in 1978. She received a BS in accounting from St. John Fischer College, Rochester and a Master's Degree in Tax Accounting from DePaul University, Chicago.

Carol was a CPA employed as an auditor for NYS Dept of Taxation and as a tax specialist for Coopers Lybrand in Chicago and later Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Washington, DC. In California, she was a member of a Sufi healing community and worked at the University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism.

She was predeceased by her parents Leon G. Reimer and Lenor V. (Bush) Reimer and by a sister, Joan Lee in 1968

Carol is survived by her three siblings: Eric (Frances) Reimer of Buffalo, Rev. Gail R. Wolling of Cicero, and Judy A. (Thomas) Conroy of Pittsburgh, PA; nephews Daniel (Angie) Conroy of Charleston, SC, Scott Conroy of Pittsburgh, PA; David Wolling, Gettysburg, PA; and Jason Reimer, Tonawanda, NY and nieces Katharine Wolling of Arlington VA, Megan Wolling of Cicero. She was a great Aunt to Madison, Olivia, Skylar and Elliot Reimer along with Carter and Mason Wolling. She is survived by an uncle, Dr. Carl Reimer of Allentown, Pa; and aunts Mary Jane Reimer of Bethlehem, PA and Priscilla Reimer of Carlisle, PA.
