Phyllis L. Richards, 83, died Wednesday at home. She grew up in the Scranton Wilkes-Barre area and resided in the Syracuse area since WWII.
Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Ben, in 1982.
Surviving are her three sons: Barry of NY, William of Deltona, and Robert of Clay; a brother: Ronald Driesbach of AL; her sister: Linda Carguella of TX; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be in the Driesbach Family Cemetery, PA at a later time.
