Alice Mae Ross (Rogozinski)
February 13, 1935 — September 23, 2019
Alice Mae Ross, 84, of Mattydale, passed away Monday, September 23, 2019 at Van Duyn Nursing Home. Alice was born in West Monroe and raised on the North side of Syracuse. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Muriel (Sparrow) Rogozinski.
Alice worked as a clerk for several years at Brown Carbonic. She enjoyed reading and embroidery.
Alice was predeceased by her husband of 41 years, Bill Ross, in 1997.
She is survived by her children: Bill, Terry, and Bradley Ross, all of Liverpool and Sheila Ann Ross of Mattydale; two sisters, Roberta Rodgers of Phoenix, NY, and Paula Spence of Florida; grandmother to Tina, Michael, David, Matt, Kelly, and Leah; and several great grandchildren. Special thanks to her great and best friend, Marlene Ross.
Donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 17 Technology Place, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
Services were held privately and at the convenience of the family.
