Susan Miller

Susan Miller, 86, of Syracuse, born in Charleston, SC, went to be with the Lord on July 5, 2024. 

Dedicated wife of 69 years, she is survived by her husband, SSgt Willie Miller Jr. retired US Air Force veteran. She was a loving mother of eight children: Kevin L. (Heidrun) Miller of Syracuse, Beverly A. Smith of VA, Dean Miller of Syracuse, Stanley L. Miller of Syracuse, Walter Miller of Syracuse, Alma M. Miller of Syracuse, and Sonya D. Miller of Syracuse; her grandchildren: Kenny Miller, Donnie Miller, Wenona Timmons, Yusef Brown, Aaron Smith, Eric (Christine) Miller, and Dante James; great grandchildren: Amanda Timmons, Parish Jones-Brown, Gianna Miller, Milena Miller and Eric Miller Jr.; and a daughter-in-law, Deb Miller. Also, a whole host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her son, Alvin Miller, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter and Marie Williams, and her siblings: Jacob “Buddy” Leon Williams, Louis M. Williams, Rudolph Williams, John Joseph Williams, Joyce Jones, Elizabeth “Betty” Coker, and Theresa Askew.

Funeral Service will be on Friday, 11 am, at Life Church, 7125 Collamer Rd., East Syracuse, NY. The family will greet friends following the services.
