Sharon Ann Taddeo (Fitzgerald)

Sharon A. Taddeo, 73, formerly of Mattydale, died Thursday at Loretto Cunningham. A native of Syracuse she resided in Mattydale all of her adult life. Sharon was the daughter of the later Addison and Mildred Fitzgerald and graduated from Central Tech in 1963.

Sharon retired in 1990 after several; years as a tour guide/commentator with the Milton J. Rubenstein
Museum of Science and Technology. Her passion was to be the best Mother and Grandmother she could be and always enjoyed spending time with them.

She was predeceased by her son Stephen Taddeo in 2009.

Sharon is survived by her two children: Debbie (Bill) Wallace of Cicero, Christopher (Jean) Taddeo of Minoa and their father Stephen Taddeo of Syracuse; two grandchildren: Holly and David Taddeo; her great granddaughter Eilana; several nieces and nephews..

Friends may call on Monday from 5 - 8 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. Funeral services will follow at 8 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery Tuesday at 12:30 pm.
