Brian K. "Buddy" Zellweger

Brian "Buddy" K. Zellweger, 24, of North Syracuse, NY, passed away Sunday, September 27 unexpectedly. A native of Gouverneur, Buddy grew up in the North Syracuse area where he attended Liverpool Central Schools. He resided in NC for the past year.

Buddy worked as a team member at various restaurants in the Syracuse and NC areas. He also worked at Tops Grocery Store in North Syracuse. Buddy was an avid amateur photographer and musically inclined playing several instruments throughout high school. He made family and friends his main priority in life.

Buddy was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Donald “Red” Storie and loving companion, Coco.

He is survived by his mother, Liza Storie-Zellweger; siblings: Justin and Megan Storie of Ft Bragg, NC and Kristina Zellweger and Christopher Macri of Liverpool; his maternal grandmother, Gladys Storie of Syracuse; his nieces: Aleah and Claire; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call on Thursday from 4-7 pm at Krueger Funeral Home with a 7 pm funeral service following. Burial will be on Friday in Riverside Cemetery, Gouverneur.
